Returns

Because many of our products are peptides and research chemicals that may degrade once handled or stored improperly, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Products that arrive damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Verified order fulfillment errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist you.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued minus the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we verify the claim, the missing product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Please note that all orders are photographed and documented prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost by the carrier (such as USPS or UPS) and the tracking information confirms non-delivery, we will reship the order at no cost to the customer.

However, if the carrier tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” our shipping obligation has been fulfilled and we cannot offer a free replacement shipment.
